The Bulldog is a single-engine, two-seat, low-wing monoplane developed by Scottish Aviation in the UK, first flying on May 19, 1969. Primarily serving as a military trainer for the Royal Air Force and other countries, it is now used commercially and privately. With a wing span of 33 feet, 2 inches, it features a traditional tail unit and a fixed tricycle undercarriage. The Bulldog is powered by a Lycoming IO-360-A1B6 engine, delivering up to 200 horsepower, and has a stall speed of 62 mph, cruise speed of 130 mph, maximum speed of 150 mph, and climbs at 1,000 feet per minute.
