”From the initial walkround to single engine handling this model is impressive!

Walking round for a preflight shows the meticulous attention to detail with all the period features faithfully reproduced. The aircraft rocks convincingly on it’s oleo’s in the light breeze, adding to the immersion.

In the cockpit you are transported back to a time before ergonomics were even thought of, levers and switches seemingly placed at random! All makes for a great experience in bringing the aircraft to life!

Handling is to the POH in every aspect I tested, including great single engine handling with fully modelled feathering props which significantly reduce the drag and subsequent yaw. Night lighting has a range of choices and can be set up to your preference. The VR cockpit works well with a fantastic view, those big props and the throb of the Leonides just behind your head and in view with just a turn of your head really add to the experience!

All in all a great aircraft for getting into small airfields at a nice sedate pace! Thoroughly recommend this model for anyone looking to recreate period missions of almost any kind! Try it, it’s lots of fun!”
